Active Growth subscribers with autopay enabled can schedule packs of 10 extra rooms. Each pack adds ₹100 to the monthly subscription amount.
The billing change is scheduled for the next cycle. Your current room limit stays unchanged until the matching renewal payment succeeds. Failed payments do not unlock extra capacity.

Ask about your requirements Create owner accountIt depends on the vendor's pricing model. Hostel Ease starts free (₹0/month, 1 hostel, up to 10 rooms) and takes a small commission: 10% on Starter, dropping to 8% on Growth (₹1,499/month, up to 3 hostels) and 6% on Enterprise, only on rent actually collected through the platform. Many other tools in this category charge a flat monthly license fee regardless of occupancy, with pricing given only after a demo call. If you're comparing costs, check whether the fee scales with what you actually collect or stays fixed either way.
We take a small percentage of rent payments collected online through our platform (UPI, cards, net banking). On the Starter plan it is 10%, Growth is 8%, and Enterprise is 6%. Cash payments you track manually are not subject to any commission.
An active Growth subscription with autopay enabled can schedule rooms in packs of 10 at ₹100 per pack per month. The updated amount is scheduled for the next billing cycle. Your current limit stays unchanged until the matching renewal payment succeeds. Failed or unconfirmed payments do not activate the extra allowance. Contact us for additional hostels or custom requirements.
Request cancellation from your subscription dashboard. Your confirmed paid period remains available until its end. Check the renewal status and effective date there; cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments.
Growth is a recurring paid subscription. Review the payment amount, authorization details, and billing schedule shown at checkout before confirming. Do not assume a free trial or a refundable authorization charge.
