Resident Bookings

SaaS Subscriptions

For hostel owners and administrators on the Growth plan (Rs. 1,499/month):

Non-refundable billing cycle: Monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each cycle and are non-refundable for that cycle. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard - your access continues until the end of the current billing period with no immediate cutoff.

Razorpay Rs. 5 mandate fee: This is a one-time mandate authentication charge by Razorpay to set up auto-pay. It is NOT charged by Hostel Ease and is fully refunded by Razorpay within 1–3 business days automatically.

Additional room slots expanded during a cycle are billed at the next cycle. If unused, no refund is issued as they are part of your subscription entitlement.

Important Disclosures

Convenience fees and GST charged during payment are non-refundable as per government norms.

Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment source (Bank/UPI/Card).

Hostel Ease is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or UPI service provider.

Security deposits (if any) are handled as per the agreement between owner and resident.
