Welcome to Hostel Ease. These terms represent a binding contract between you and Hostel Ease. By using our platform, you agree to these conditions.
Hostel Ease is a brand operated by Unyrise Tech, a sole proprietorship headquartered at Flat No 4, Mehta Residency, Sindoor, Hazaribag, Jharkhand - 825301. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Hostel Ease platform by hostel owners and administrators ("you"). Our platform operates on a commission-based model for rent collections and an optional subscription model for premium features. By registering and using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable Indian laws.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using Hostel Ease, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, users are prohibited from hosting, displaying, or uploading any content that:
Hostel Ease provides a web-based platform for hostel owners and administrators to manage their operations. The following features are available on the platform:
Hostel Ease offers three subscription tiers. The Starter plan is free and covers 1 hostel and up to 10 rooms with a 10% commission on rent collected. The Growth plan is billed at Rs. 1,499/month via Razorpay Subscriptions (auto-pay) and covers up to 3 hostels and 50 rooms with an 8% commission. The Enterprise plan is available at custom pricing with unlimited hostels, rooms, and a 6% commission rate - contact us directly for this tier.
Razorpay Mandate Authentication: When you subscribe to the Growth plan, Razorpay charges a one-time Rs. 5 mandate authentication fee to set up auto-pay. This fee is charged by Razorpay - not by Hostel Ease - and is fully refunded by Razorpay within 1–3 business days automatically.
Non-Refundable Billing Cycle: Monthly subscription fees (Rs. 1,499) are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable for that cycle. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period - there is no immediate cutoff. Additional room slots expanded during a cycle are added to your next billing cycle charge.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. For detailed refund terms, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. GST as applicable under Indian tax laws will be added to subscription fees.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Intermediary Status: Hostel Ease acts as an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000. We are not liable for:
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
